You will be able to get authentic inputs on strategic company topics and better understand the values and mindset of the younger generation and how it will affect your business/how to adjust your business.
Reversed Board consists of a group of motivated students, selected and supported to bring in external and authentic opinions and ideas on strategic company topics and challenges.
Throughout an intense program, you will be able to co-create, discuss and reflect with students during various sessions. A rigorous selection process is conducted in order to bring top talents around the table.
The program has been designed to maximise the value of the interactions between students and top management in a compact format. Usually the timeline consists of 4 sessions where 2 are students-only and 2 are students and top management all together.
During the entire program, facilitators will support the process and make sure that all the participants are aligned and that we are progressing in the intended direction.
